The Gap Comics

The Gap Comics was originally created as a proof of concept for my thesis at Pratt Institute. The project aims to expand the field of Graphic Medicine, in terms of pushing the boundaries of the medium of comics. The “gap” is named for the gender health gap prominent in the medical field. These stories aim to create empathy and understanding of the patient journey. All videos are available for sharing here.
